  1. Refund Policy-----Enrollment is limited, therefore your commitment is important to us. If you must withdraw from a course , we provide this refund policy: A 100 L.E administrative fee will be charged on all cancellations. If you cancel 24-72 hours prior to the start of the workshop, we will retain 50% of the total workshop fee, unless we are able to fill your spot. If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the start date of the workshop, we will retain 100% of the workshop fee unless we are able to fill your spot. No refunds are given once the workshop begins. If you miss 1 - 2 classes of a workshop, you may sit in on those missed classes during the next session as long as space permits.
  2. On occasion we may cancel a class because of low enrollment and/or unforeseen professional conflict on the part of the instructor. Should this be the case, all monies will be refunded in full.
  3. Changing your time or date of the course has to be at least 14 days before the start of the course and you must reserve another place in the same time to confirm the change , changing the time or date without having another is not permitted and you can change your time only once not more than once
  4. You have to attend 75% of the course attendance to obtain a certificate of attendance
  5. You have to pass final exam to obtain your diploma (certificate of attendance is needed)
  6. Payments must be paid in full before the start of the course
  7. We have the right to suspend any one does not behave in a modern, respected way towards our staff , students and his instructor no money will be refund and will not enter our center ever... as we respect you we expect you to respect us and also respect our students
  8. You are not allowed to enter the class after the instructor starts his lecture
  9. Mobile Phone must be turned off the whole lecture if you want to answer a`call you have to leave the lecture and you cannot enter back and this lecture you will be reported as absent
